Working for you.

As part of a combined strength group formed by elite coaches from around the globe, Sean brings the latest training techniques to every one of your sessions. It is his goal to make you feel better about yourself and enjoy the journey to a stronger, fitter and more motivated you.

Sean will get to know you, your strengths and your weaknesses and helps you to focus your efforts to achieve the results you want without burning you into the ground. His knowledge and expertise allow him to guage your limits, but push you when the time is right—smart training is at the core of all SB Performance sessions.

Sean doesn't know the word can't and with him guiding you, you can—and will—achieve your goals.

1-1, 1-2 and 1-3 training

Sean works to suit you and your group—whether it's just your goal or a common goal with friends or family.

Twentyfour/Seven

Not everyone is Monday to Friday 9 to 5, so Sean isn't either. It's training to suit your lifestyle.

Work hard, train hard… eat well. Sean helps you get the most from your training with lots of dietry knowledge and recommendations for local nutritionists he works with.

    HOW MUCH IS ENOUGH

    COMING SOON

    This got me thinking when I was reading Brad Burton’s “NOW WHAT?” There was a section in the book (page 83) where Brad was talking about upgrading possessions in life. One of the examples he stated in his book was: “Think about it, we spend our life upgrading. We buy an 80” telly because the 78” one isn’t enough. When does it end? Or does it?”

    HEALTHY & CREATIVE FOOD

    One thing I absolutely love is finding new cafes and seeing what they have to offer (and to see if they have comfy chairs, I’ll explain in a bit). Me and my girlfriend went to take pictures in West Kirby for my website, which you are now reading this off. Obviously while we were taking pictures we got a bit hungry, so we went wandering around trying to find a nice café. If I’m being honest I was trying to find a café I have been to before, called Green Onion (which I would recommend too!).
